Exact Receipt is independent and is not Telegram's official wallet or an endorsed Telegram service. Never send a seed phrase, private key, wallet backup, card number or online-banking code.
Seller invoices in Telegram Stars
Seller access is currently admitted through a reviewed early-access request inside the Mini App. An admitted seller may create an invoice for lawful digital work, state the Stars amount, purpose and buyer result, and select a recipient through Telegram's own chat chooser, contacts and global search. Exact Receipt does not read or import the seller's Telegram address book.
Creating, testing, sending, expiring or cancelling an unpaid seller invoice is free. When a third-party seller invoice is successfully paid, Exact Receipt records a disclosed 15% platform fee. Before sending, the seller sees the gross Stars amount, fee, seller settlement amount, temporary refund reserve and availability dates. There is no mandatory subscription for issuing seller invoices during the launch tariff.
Stars are received by the Exact Receipt bot because Telegram's native invoice belongs to that bot. This is a protected seller settlement ledger, not a bank deposit and not a personal Telegram Stars wallet. The seller must record order completion; a legitimate dispute or refund can freeze or reduce the settlement. An initial tranche is not eligible before the 21-day protection period, and a temporary reserve remains until day 45.
A TON payout can be marked complete only after Exact Receipt has received an official reward for the corresponding Stars and recorded the actual TON transfers. No fixed TON or fiat rate is promised in advance. The minimum seller payout is 1,000 available Stars. RUB/card/SBP payouts are unavailable until a regulated partner, seller KYC/KYB, AML review, binding quote and bank-operation confirmation are live.

Discontinued legacy purchases
Earlier payment-verification products are closed to new orders and are not part of the current Exact Receipt product. Existing paid records remain available only for support, refund handling and recordkeeping.
Business integrations
Production B2B integration work requires a separate written agreement covering scope, lawful payment method, milestones, delivery and acceptance criteria. A wallet transfer, voluntary contribution, bot start or unpaid Stars invoice does not order custom development.
Limits of the service
- Exact Receipt supports lawful digital goods and services that Telegram permits for Stars invoices.
- A paid invoice confirms the Stars payment; it does not by itself prove satisfactory completion of the underlying order.
- Seller payout availability depends on Telegram settlement, protection periods, reserves, disputes and refunds.
- The open-source code and public service are provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability.

Exact Receipt is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Telegram, Tether, TON Foundation, WDK or any wallet provider. Material service or price changes will be published on this page and in the relevant Telegram purchase flow before a new order is created.
