Never send Exact Receipt a seed phrase, private key or wallet backup. Exact Receipt does not hold, recover, reverse or transfer cryptocurrency. A payment request is not proof of payment.
Payment requests and monitoring
Creating an official-USD₮ request on TON is free. The first public-wallet registration may receive one seven-day automatic-monitoring trial. Customer funds move directly from the customer's wallet to the public receiving address registered by the merchant. Exact Receipt does not receive or custody that transfer.
Automatic matching depends on public chain/indexer evidence. An outage, incomplete event or ambiguous result fails closed and may delay confirmation. “Pending verification” does not mean paid.
Automatic monitoring paid with Telegram Stars
The 149-Star monitoring pass is a one-time digital-service purchase. It adds exactly 30 days of automatic checking after any existing access ends and does not renew automatically. A registered public TON receiving address is required before checkout.
Before Telegram opens the invoice, the buyer must accept the monitoring and refund terms. Access is credited only after Telegram sends a genuine successful_payment update whose Telegram user, pending order payload, XTR currency and exact 149-Star amount match. Charge identifiers are replay-protected so duplicate delivery or reuse cannot add access twice.
If Exact Receipt confirms it cannot provide the paid monitoring service, the operator may refund the Stars payment through Telegram and revoke the corresponding 30 days. A Stars refund cannot reverse a separate customer blockchain transfer.
Public-transaction check paid with Telegram Stars
The 250-Star transaction check covers one syntactically valid public transaction identifier on TON, an EVM network, Bitcoin, Solana or TRON and a concise receipt. Delivery is within one working day after a valid identifier is submitted for a paid order.
The check uses public evidence only. It does not provide wallet recovery, transaction reversal, legal, tax, investment, accounting or security-audit services. A completed buyer may separately choose to publish a revocable signed Proof Link; publishing is never automatic and does not expose Telegram identity or a Stars charge identifier.
If Exact Receipt cannot deliver because of its own service, the operator may refund the Stars payment through Telegram. Exact Receipt, not Telegram Support, is responsible for service and payment-support questions.

Contact @zhudov, use /paysupport in the bot, or email gudov.igor@gmail.com. Include the Exact Receipt order identifier, but never include wallet secrets.
Referral reward
An inviter receives one seven-day monitoring reward after an invited user's first paid 149-Star monitoring pass. Refunding that qualifying purchase revokes the reward. The program has no cash, token, investment, resale or multi-level payout.
Self-referrals, repeated attribution, previously paid users, unpaid starts, spam, misleading promotion and impersonation do not qualify. Exact Receipt may reject or reverse a service reward associated with abuse or a refunded qualifying purchase.
Business integrations
Production B2B integration work requires a separate written agreement covering scope, lawful payment method, milestones, delivery and acceptance criteria. A wallet transfer, voluntary contribution, bot start or unpaid Stars invoice does not order custom development.
Limits of the service
- TON mainnet and allowlisted official USD₮ are the only live automatic-monitoring rail.
- Other network catalog entries and transaction-review paths do not mean every asset has a deployed live watcher.
- Exact Receipt does not prove ownership of a public address or performance of an underlying commercial agreement.
- Indexer notification does not replace blockchain finality, accounting, legal compliance or an independent audit.
- The open-source code and public service are provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability.

Exact Receipt is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Telegram, Tether, TON Foundation, WDK or any wallet provider. Material service or price changes will be published on this page and in the relevant Telegram purchase flow before a new order is created.
